Bowl in glass with “talpa” (mole grey) and “lattimo” (milk white) murrine.
The name of this particular murrine is known as “a puntini” which means “dotted” in Italian. It’s in fact composed of hundreds of white dots on a mole grey base.
This design of murrine has been imagined by Paolo Venini in 1957 and presented at the 11th Triennale in Milan.
